Today's d'var Torah: the bread placed on the shulchan (table) in the 'Mikdash' (sanctuary) was known as the 'lechem hapanim', meaning, 'bread in front of...' or something like that. This unique bread was placed each Shabbat and held over to the next Shabbat, when it was still warm and fresh! It would be replaced by another set of loaves. The week-old bread would be eaten by the Kohanim--and after just a bite, the Kohanim would be sated. We learn from this that God provides all we need for sustenance...even the smallest bite of what God provides is enough.
